At the end of every month the owner gets a catered lunch provided by his buddy's company

No care to the employees, safety gone out the window, tools an safety equipment taken off to get job done faster. The air quality is soooo bad. I leave work after my shift my car is covered in fiberglass . The cop out at every turn possible in the process of keeping employees safe beyond the normal wear safety glasses.
