      Pros

      Job pays well. The community within itself is very comforting. Very respectful team with good management skills.

      Cons

      Some employers were allowed to sit when I wasn't. The heat in the factory was ridiculous. Our lunch break was hours in advance which kind of through me off. There wasn't a safe place to put your belongings so anyone can just steal your things.
