It’s small- you know the administration and they know who you are. You can talk to any one of them at any time.
The owner and a lot of the chain of command are prior law enforcement- this means they know and WANT to help the employees get better should they move on to that career path.
You always have help- I’ve worked for a few security companies in the past but the answer was always “call the local police”. I’ve been on a post where I needed assistance and they show up in MINUTES. As an unarmed guard, I’m now more confident knowing that one of my other officers is not far away if I need help.
Hours- If you want hours, there’s opportunities.

Certifications- If you want to be armed, you have to pay for that out of pocket
Call outs- Fellow officers continue to call out.
Management main bosses are amazing and really care for their employees, they are very appreciated of EVERYONE'S hard work, the schedule is flexible and they will work with you to accommodate you. perfect training for law enforcement, and dispatch. very professional and they worry about always giving a great service to clients.
