Pros

The company has no positive sides. It is a very unhappy and toxic place to work in. You think you are walking into a time capsule where employees have no say or rights. The owner makes false promises and is very very aggressive. He is condensing, degrading, mean, uses foul language and is phony. He also only hires employees he can manipulate and from specific nationality groups. No diversity in the work place. It's a circus. New acts everyday!

Cons

The COO has no backbone and does no communicate with the staff. The CEO treats her poorly and dose not respect her. She cannot be trusted and is not loyal whatsoever to her employees. They are only hiring employees that are very robotic, do not complain, never say no and do not speak up.

Pros

What the company does, and the worker bees who do that work, are awesome.

Cons

EVERYTHING! Most miserable office I have ever had the misfortune to work. CEO/New-York Manager phones it in, struggles and blames everyone - a management style that LACKS vision, emotion, motivation or competence. A micro-management obsession focused on the tiniest of undocumented insignificant details, while IGNORING progress and 800-lb pink elephant problems, oblivious to the sinking-ship, incapable of providing any innovative vision of leadership. If you’ve had inspiring and kind leaders in the past – you won’t find it here. Perks? No perks. Kitchen is dirty and bare. “Coffee is for closers”, don’t worry! There is no coffee! - no snacks, no soft-drinks, no water cooler - and you're never told you were a “closer” anyway, only “you got lucky” – a gas-lighting “we closed that, you didn’t” – or, “what have you done for me lately? Not enough. Ever.” If you're talented enough to have them interview you, save yourself, do not work here - your talents will be ignored, insulted and wasted - zero appreciation for your previous experience or work - you'll be reinvented here as worthless; If I can save just 1 person....

Pros

Jewish holidays and Shabbat fridays

Cons

- LOW MORALE in the office as many people have left the company, without backfilling or compensating those who are left to handle the increased responsibility. Overworking is a badge of honor and is expected. - NO LEADERSHIP. Management is UNPROFESSIONAL, extremely PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE and AVOIDS confrontation. Makes the most INAPPROPRIATE comments to employees. Respects NO ONE. Is MISERABLE and it shows. - TOXIC WORK CULTURE based on management’s need to MICRO MANAGE EVERYTHING in the office. There are cameras everywhere for a reason. - NO REAL HR to protect its employees. Go over managements head and they’ll make you regret it. - NO SALARY INCREASES. Management makes you feel like you don’t deserve one and are easily replaceable. - Diamond company but no background check? They are THAT CHEAP - NO CAREER GROWTH unless someone quits. But don’t worry, someone always quits. The HIGH TURNOVER doesn’t lie. - I could go on, TRUST me…
