Tons of cons. Interview makes you feel like you'll do something good here, after starting that will fade quickly. Company has unnecessary titles for people's positions. The ones that have a bigger title or management status in their title are more entitled. Pay is awful, they don't respect you enough to pay you what you deserve (unless you gain a title). Not enough pay to support yourself. Management is heavy on micromanaging.

Management is not good. Overworked with no care for any worker complaints. Hardly complimented on work always negative. Low pay for the work expected to do.
