- Micromanagement is huge at Rapid.
- Even with the lack of processes, there is TOO many processes that make every employee's day longer than it needs to be. Paperwork galore.
- General sense of low morale (lately) due to the high capacity.
- You would think that the workload would slow down, but the sales team is truly amazing, so there are no slow days at Rapid.
- Sales team is treated like high, HIGH level executives and aren't very involved with their projects.
- Compensation is low. MUST BE EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE
