Rapid is a place where you can work with very talented people and cutting-edge technology. The company has a true startup spirit, encouraging initiative and creativity. It’s a great place to learn and grow if you enjoy a fast-moving environment and being close to the product and customers.

Cons

Cons: The company went through frequent changes in direction and priorities, which sometimes created uncertainty and affected long-term planning. Workload could be intense, and internal processes were not always clearly defined, leading to inefficiencies.
