      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, flexible work environment, kind leaders.

      Cons

      No equity growth given to employees after initial sign on is atypical. Very frequent pivots have resulted in no useful product or IP several years after its founding. Most of leadership has little to no experience in the space and it shows. 3 massive layoffs in a 6 month span despite consistent promises that the company was financially stable for years to come have resulted in an overall destruction of faith in leadership, the future of the company and low morale.

      Pros

      The benefits were alright. Healthcare was great. Salary was average for the location and title.

      Cons

      The office was not great. The open design meant that it was difficult to avoid machine sounds, and easy to overhear what others were saying. Leadership was uninspiring. This included insulting others, dishonesty, and a lack of responsibility when things went wrong. At least not all of the leadership was like that.

      Good benefits, cool & impactful product, co-workers are nice

      Cons

      HQ is unpleasant to work in, leadership is weak/absent, several executives have left, no real heart or culture, direction of the company is uncertain. Best of all, they lie about how great we're doing but then lay off a good chunk of the company. I guess I missed the red flags
