      1. Consistent schedule - Monday - Friday day shift 2. Well compensated for the work I am asked to perform 3. Good Insurance packet that offers Medical, Dental, and Vision for me and my family. 4. Small staff - feels more like a family than a corporation. Takes care of each other during family emergencies - ie; death in the family, family in from out of town, going out of town. 5. Flexible for usage of FTO (Free time off) and Sick time, which is earned every month.

      Cons

      I wish I could work 4-10 hour shifts, but we have to be here 5 days a week.
