Worst Company Ever

Pros

Not a single thing that is good in this company.

Cons

No management at all. I don't know how the company is still running. The CEO is vision less, he doesn't have any clue what has to be done or where to take the comapny. The HR team is really very dumb, they think they know it all but in reality they screw up on things like counting the working days of the employees.

- As a small company, lots of potential work is there. - Good for a fresher who starts their career from here.

Cons

- Work ethics is zero. So much politics is there - Compensation disparity is there - HR policies are not as per industry standards. Its bad

Pros

Every company has a positive point to write about. Not this one. this is worst company you can ever work in

You may think this is just a rant by an angry Ex employee, but no, I am doing this because I don't want you to suffer what most people in this company go through. There is no process or managment in this company. they hire unnecessary people, then fire them in 4-5 months. Even the managers are pretty mediocre at best. Now, let me come to the HR. I have no idea how can they be so bad and still not getting fired. I mean they can not even perform basic tasks as counting leaves. HR behaves like this is a call center or something where people have to punch in 9 hours . nobody gives a damn about what work you are doing in those 9 hours. The CEO trusts these dimwits blindly because they lick "you know what". So, if you want to survive in this company get extra supply of amul butter. HR behaves like class monitor and earns brownie points by complaining about employees. that is why nobody wants to stay in this toxic environment. They don't care if somebody is dying in your family. if you don't show up for more than 2 days . you will get fired. if you are desperate. join this company but keep looking for jobs. when you get one, resign immediately.
