Teamwork, mid-level comapny culture, work-life balance, areas to rest and free coffee.

Cons

Hardly you will hear from your manager to get feedback or assistance unless there is an extreme issue, there is almost zero to none career development depending to which account you are being assigned to, if you give feedback that a process is not working your manager won´t do nothing about it.
