Ok good work culture and but management level is there some what of politics asusual

1. You have to work weekend also but you won't get compassion off. 2. Office timings are 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. If you went from the office on time, the manager will not allow going home 3. Company doesn't even provide Desktop you have to carry your own even your experienced 4. There is no value for your work, even if you work in hard times. 5. Salaries for freshers is 8K and they ask for 2 years of bond. 6. There is no growth here. Company is full of politics. 7. HR is the worst. HR never tries to your rectify your problem he only tries to convince.
