      Nothing I can think of.

      Cons

      Poor management. They are illiterate, selfish, self centered people who does not how to run a company. They are cheats and big liars spoiling employee's career for their own benefit. While hiring they make lot of promise s and fire them in few months time. Management is fighting among themselves. Looks like company will be divided into two parts. They might rename Rare Mile to some other name and continue to spoil individual's life. Please be aware! Do not fall in their trap.Those who are still working in this company try and find a better opportunity immediately. If you stay back your life will be hell.

      Pros

      Compensation is better than any other service based MNC like Infosys, TCS Work Life balance got improved in past one year. Free Lunch and snacks Technical Leads possess very good technical knowledge and that too in multiple domains

      Cons

      After working in an MNC, working here in my initial days was fun. But their start up culture, which they boast about a lot, is DIED as they are adopting MNCs culture. In every quarterly updates they shows high profit, but spend money on employees or infrastructure very miserly. Sometimes you feel that you work in some mom and pop shop, when you realize that some hundred bucks really matter to them. Good annual hike is given if you smoke with people in top management. Top management is very biased

      Dear Ex-Employee, Thanks for taking time out to review our company. I am happy to see that you liked the technical acumen of your colleagues and also found our compensation better. Its also good to see that you appreciate the breadth of our company's knowledge across multiple domains. You have not specified which part of our start up culture has changed - our quarterly meetings are still conducted the way they were conducted when we started, our hiring culture and values are unchanged and the quality and complexity of the work has improved with time. As any company grows, some transactional things evolve. Not because the DNA of the company has changed but primarily because of the change in scale of operations. We are very conscious of these changes and each and every one of them is discussed in the light of not changing the fundamental values of the company. If you see any instances about cut in hundred rupees of expense here and there then it is very likely because of the operational inefficiencies and not because we value the hundred bucks more than our employees.
