Pros
Interesting product set in nice growing data center space. Great unique technology and highly reliable so you can feel comfortable representing this product line in the market place. Did a good job launching new product line when existing product line became less relevant in the market place.
Cons
Dramatic downsizing over recent years have left little room for employees to be strategic and creative forcing them to be more reactive in their roles. Current Senior Management does not provide clear direction and strategy to the people in the trenches.
