      Pros

      Great team of genuinely good people that are supportive and encouraging, but also really honest. Very customer-centric and open to feedback.

      Cons

      The company moves incredibly fast. Not really a con for me but, it could be for those who prefer to take their time.

      1. I work with really smart people 2. Exciting product 3. Quick iteration cycles 4. I get to be part of building something from the ground up 5. Good work-life balance 6. Lots of opportunities to take on new types of work 7. Responsive and available senior leadership 8. Fully remote (nice for some!)

      Cons

      1. Fully remote - I like being around people. Don't blame me for it
