      Micromanagement, HR will do their best to manipulate you so that you cannot file a complaint through DOLE. Worst.

      Pros

      Was a good company. Getting up to speed.

      Cons

      Was let go without warning right before Christmas. This was due to company restructuring after leader had left. Said there were no resources to train and thus terminated position. Left a high paying job to get into the industry and got burned.
