Pros

1. You wouldn't have to waste money in order to travel to North Korea or Congo to see what dictatorship looks like. 2. You'll learn to efficiently manage your finances, as you'll be drawing the same salary for a very long time. 3. You won't develop skin diseases in future, as the supreme leader would ensure that you develop a thick skin from his abusive nature 4. You'll learn how to deal with childish tantrums (if you stay for long, better don't)

Cons

You'll be asked to write a positive glassdoor review when you leave in order to get your full and final settlement

Bad Culture and no professionalism

Pros

The exposure is good as they have reputed clients. The learning is good especially if you are a fresher, but more or less it’s like figuring things out on your own. Team members are cooperative, mostly

Cons

1.) Zero professionalism. No way of talking to employees or lead a team. Horrible upper management. 2.) There is the least amount of culture one can expect whereas the company’s tagline is “Culture First”. No sense of working hours, with every person working on every aspect irrespective if they are willing or not. A copywriter is expected to build brands here. 3.) Weekends are an illusionary term here bcoz their clients are 6 days working and the agency is 5 days working. Nonetheless, you’re expected to work 24x7 without any motivation. 4.) Over that, they believe in deducting salaries whenever they’re a so called “escalation” but never reward when there are appreciations. 5.) No employee benefits and rather they’re expected to move to the company’s location even in lockdowns
