There are so many pros to working for this company. Leadership takes a strong interest in setting up each employee for success. Expectations are always reasonable and there is a perfect balance between direction and freedom as to how you go about your work. The company has been rapidly growing, and with it comes opportunity for growth in your career. The culture is amazing. There are team outings to sporting events/concerts, bowling, happy hours, etc. Small perks like a poster wall of the employee's favorite musical artists make the atmosphere more personal and fun. If you want or need something, the managers make every effort to take care of you.

Worked at "RYS" a few years ago as an iOS Engineer and it was a really good experience. It's a small team which has pros and cons - lot of freedom and autonomy. It was fun to go to work every day as the team is loose but also driven.
