      Weekly bonuses, your hourly is paid weekly as well, Nice and professional people, thorough training, amazing managers, feels like a second family.

      One hour lunch breaks are too long

      W2 position, you are paid weekly, you are paid weekly. There are weekly bonus plus monthly commissions.

      Pros

      The managers care and want to make it a good place to work. It isn't great, but it is insurance phone sales, you don't expect great. 2 weeks off, great base wage, bonuses are okay, but the day to day is enjoyable and I like my job and the people I work with. You can't ask for more.

      Cons

      Bigger bonuses would be nice, but if they made them bigger I would still want more.
