Pros

Great location. Occasional free coffee and fruit

Cons

Poor management is the worst thing about RateSetter in Sydney. Senior management don't care much about the employees. Stressful work environment. Salary is not great either. Your work is not appropriated unless it is outstanding. Managers mostly focus on negative and are critical of every little thing

Pros

Relaxed environment and free coffee. It is also quite social. The office is nice and in a good location. That's about it.

Cons

Extremely cliquey easily the most cliquey place I have ever worked. They claim there is place to grow but there's not. Certain departments pretty much treated like they don't matter. The pay is terrible.
