Poorly organised! They clearly don’t know what they’re doing and are constantly making people redundant. I’ve seen 4 rounds of redundancies in a little over 2 years so there is zero job security. The most recent wave saw 30% of staff axed, they even tried to put a positive spin on it which was bizarre. So toxic. They create this lively fun environment to disguise all of the things that are going on which makes people feel like they can’t leave as they’re so comfortable but as the saying goes you can’t polish a turd

- It’s very clear that the SLT team care about profit & revenue more than anything else. - 0 tools to help customers when they are at the point of wanting to cancel. - The main issues that customers & agents raise isn’t looked into as seriously as it should. ‘We need data’ the feedback is there all you need to do is read the emails and listen to agents calls. - Over hiring during covid / Too many redundancies and always feeling at risk. - Too many changes within teams with no structure and no proper training provided.
