Pros

A lot of talented people doing good and smart work for clients.

Cons

The CEO isn’t one of them. Every client he deals with walks away unhappy. Juniors don’t feel comfortablr talking to him, and the seniors go home and drink.

Horrible place, horrible people

Pros

They’re fast and loose with money so it’s an easy place to go get a pay bump or good salary.

Cons

The work is awful and so is management. Even if you’re lucky enough to work with a good manager, which is a total roll of the dice, you won’t be able to escape the horrible treatment of employees.
