Pros
Rauch offers great benefits for their employees (vacation and holiday pay, personal time off and sick time, health insurance is affordable). There is also the opportunity to get overtime. The clients are generally good and fun to be with. The company's values are great, they try to achieve amazing things in the community and within the company.
Cons
There seems to be quite a bit of poor communication between levels of management and those at the bottom. Pay is not near as much as it should be for what you do and there are no raises. There is a high turnover rate, which puts additional stress on the staff who are expected to pick up shifts and responsibilities.
