It's an excellent company with a noble mission. Great people work there, including the founder.
Cons
It's a smaller company, which I enjoyed. However, if you're looking for a well-known company this might not be it.

Hard working, dedicated team. Important mission minded company. Exciting growth and opportunities to do good in the world with fashion.
Cons
The team is lean and company is still in growth stage. Can be stressful, but still supportive environment.
