Pros

Smart and Clever co-workers, Interesting Clients, Interesting Tech, Great team spirit, Strong mgmt

Cons

Good to point out is that they have high expectations of you as an employee. This means on the other hand that you get to work with a very strong team, and deliver at a high level. It might not be something for everyone, but I really enjoyed it! Directions and strategy for the company can shift quite a lot, but it's not worse than anywhere else I've been.

Working as Senior Legal Counsel at RavenPack has been both professionally and personally rewarding. The company operates at the forefront of data and AI innovation, and the legal team is regarded as a true strategic partner, not merely a support function. Key highlights include: High-impact work: Exposure to complex international contracts, licensing, IP, and data privacy matters. The role provides autonomy while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Executive visibility: Regular engagement with senior leadership and direct input into decision-making processes. Legal advice is valued and integrated early. Collaborative culture: Cross-functional teamwork with product, engineering, and commercial teams fosters strong business understanding and influence. Work environment: Modern offices with excellent facilities, combined with a flexible and supportive work culture.

Cons

As with any rapidly growing company, some processes are still evolving. This requires adaptability but also provides the opportunity to help shape best practices.

Pros

The best thing about working here is definitely the people – smart, collaborative, and supportive colleagues who make day-to-day work enjoyable and motivating. The company builds truly innovative products that make you feel like you’re contributing to something meaningful. There’s also a strong culture of support and development, with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow in your career. Personally, I’ve grown in my career in ways I could never have imagined, and I continue to see lots of opportunities for my future here.

Cons

Like any growing company, things move fast and can change quickly, so adaptability is key.
