      Beware It's not permanent employment

      The interview process was very easy and smooth

      Cons

      They promise a permanent employment contract but it's not true , please be aware. I left my work at another company as consultant because they promise a permanent employment. After my first project ended, they fired me.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, they are supportive, helpful, and always willing to guide you. You learn a lot from them. Good opportunity for people who are just starting their careers. Strong coding culture, with emphasis on clean, well-structured code and proper use of Git

      Cons

      As a junior, the onboarding was difficult. I was assigned to a team where I was the only one locally, with only a supervisor from another country and no one else from my office on the same project. There were cameras in the office, which made me feel a lack of privacy. For a period of time, I also had to share my screen continuously while coding, which felt uncomfortable

      Flexible schedule but poor management and job security

      - Flexible schedule. - Extra hours are paid. - Ok/good salary compared to other companies within the country.

      Cons

      - No paid vacations. - Terrible upper management. - You can get fired at any time and without a reason, this happened to multiple persons I knew.
