Stay away from this agency if you're not a junior engineer
Pros
- Behind the fancy motto and misleading articles it's just an agency/consultancy. Totally cool if you're OK with being in a slow paced environment to gain some technical experience. Especially useful if you just started your career. - Rawfish is basically looking for people who have the willingness to learn and are seen as a cultural fit for the team. - No "overtime" pressure from the people working there.
Cons
- Even though the company only has around 30 employees, it's extremely hierarchical. The founders strongly believe in the "command and control" way of managing an organization and every single change needs to be approved by someone above you. - Absolutely zero feedback culture. No one will ask or give you feedback. - Zero salary increase year-by-year. - Constant micromanagement from the upper management of the company. - Stagnant environment: nothing changes and every change is discouraged. - Meetings are considered a waste of time (it says a lot about the company)
