Pros

nothing noticeable in this toxic culture company.

Cons

Bad work culture Management and higher authorities are completely failing to understand the employees. In interviews promises lots of facilities but in reality employees gets nothing. Employees come and goes always hiring and that’s a big red flag. Not a single employee left happily from this company. They want more than 8 hours work and pays nothing. They always talk about company policies but they don’t follow any labour laws. It would years long if i start writing about them.

Pros

The only good part is the remote working environment

Cons

The superior officers are so toxic that they mark employees personally and treat them as a slave. There is no recognition for your overtime and dedication. 08:00 hours job and they will track you each moment, even you have to take permission to go to the washroom. and many more.

Pros

The scope of work is significant but the compensation doesn't reflect that at all. 6 days a week, night shift, constant activity monitoring - it creates a low-grade anxiety you never really shake off. Tasks can sometimes be vague or unrealistic, and when you can't deliver exactly what was asked, even if the ask itself was unclear, the disappointment is very much directed at you. Heavily micromanaged but paradoxically under-supported. Not somewhere I'd recommend long-term unless you're purely there for the experience.

Cons

Learned a lot quickly, which sounds like a positive but mostly means you're thrown into things with minimal guidance and expected to figure it out yourself.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and experience with Ray Advertising. We appreciate both positive and constructive feedback because it helps us improve as a growing company. As a fast-paced performance marketing organization operating across multiple time zones and high-responsibility projects, we understand that our work environment may not be the right fit for everyone. At the same time, our goal has always been to create opportunities for learning, growth, and long-term career development, especially for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving industry. Because of the nature of our business, employees are often exposed to multiple responsibilities and real-world operational challenges early on, which can sometimes feel intense or demanding. We also understand the concerns regarding communication clarity, workload balance, monitoring systems, and management support. These are areas we are actively reviewing internally as we continue improving our operational structure, training processes, management systems, and employee experience. We genuinely appreciate the effort and contribution of everyone who has worked with us, and we wish you success in your future career journey. — Ray Advertising Management
