Management severely under pays their employees, cannot give out full time status to most employees, and does not train well. They do not like to cross-train, so every tech ends up specializing on one area. If someone is out, it is very difficult to cover their workload because no one has the right training. I started this job at $8 and moved up to $11 after 2 years. Many other employees had to threaten to quit to get up to 12-15/hr. I left and moved to a job making $20/hr. I feel there was a lot of disconnect between mgmt and what the techs day to day workload was. They didn't use people to the best of their talents.
