RUN!

Pros

-Relatively high salary (it has to be this way, otherwise people would leave after their first month or so)

Cons

Run far and fast away from this place. It is the most dysfunctional, toxic place I have ever worked. You will hear the owner say things that do not have a place in polite society. This is not a good place, and an especially not good place for women. Everyone is genuinely miserable who works there, a result of the extremely chaotic, spiteful, and unstable top management. I did not have a positive interaction with top management the entire time I worked there.

Great Company to work for

Pros

Management cares about their employees and creates a family work environment. Teamwork is the name of the game. They take care of their employees!!

Cons

My only gripe is a small one. You have to work all holidays except Christmas Day. Ray used to close his restaurants on the 4th of July, Labor Day and one other holiday that I can't remember. He has gotten greedy. Even though we are now open on these days (and are not that busy) he still won't close. The little bit of money you make on those day's is NOT WORTH the moral boost that it gave employees and management when we were off on those day's. If a certain chicken restaurant can close EVERY SUNDAY and still make millions, it won'h hurt your bottom line to close some holidays. Unlike other restaurants where employees get a chance to rotate holiday 's off, Ray does not do that. In other restaurants if you work Christmas Eve you are off New Years Eve.
