Amazing Place to Work!

Pros

The people who work at Rayburn are brilliant, a real feel for team work and having each others backs. Rayburn offers a lot of growth and benefits, including travelling, bonuses and social events outside of work.

Cons

Working is travel anyway is always unpredictable so anything can happen resulting in all hands on deck, no mater the time. This is a given and comes with the job, but can become stressful. Thankfully is few and far between.

Supported by management always. Valued as a human and not just a number. Paid fairly for what you do.

Cons

As with most jobs, there can be stresses but nothing that affects me mentally or physically. It is easy to leave at the door.

However, we would like to clarify that the individual who left this review is no longer employed with Rayburn Tours, having been dismissed for gross misconduct following a thorough investigation and disciplinary process conducted by independent HR Consultants. The concerns raised about the workplace environment appear to be linked to actions that did not align with the values upheld by our team. While we acknowledge the feedback, it does not reflect the experiences of our current employees.
