      Culture Second to None

      Pros

      Outstanding company culture with the same ownership for 30 years. Low turnover and many have been here 10 and 20 years. Company with a conscious giving back to the community and working with Government programs to develop young leaders in the construction field. The work is creative and projects you can be proud of. Pay is very competitive, leadership provides all tools anyone could need to be successful.

      Cons

      None come to mind. It is a fast paced results driven company with deadlines to be met with little or no room for error. When you work here you are working with pros that have very high standards. Workload is steady and has the ability to grow even larger volume with execution.

      The people you work with are amazing, and the owner is a delight to work with and talk to.

      Cons

      The management at this company is extremely volatile, and emergencies seem to happen way to often. Also the HR doesn't seem to be very qualified and should be retrained in my opinion.
