      Pros

      Large enough to have advancement, but small enough where you know management and knows you on a personal level very easy work environment.

      Cons

      For a valued long term employee it is difficult on an hourly basis to get a COLA , stipend , or raise. Unless an employee is willing to be the "squeaky wheel"
