Pros

As a company they seem to value how they impact the environment

Cons

Minimal opportunity for development. Professional development is not a priority - more of a tick box, but PDP's not often referred back to. Employee owned company, but didn't listen to what the colleagues wanted, management roll their eyes at certain requests.

Pros

* Attendance bonus * Relatively good pay * Bonus every 6 months

Cons

* Very poorly managed, no real leadership or plan. * As management are incompetent, it’s up to much lower level workers to effectively plan and come up with solutions. * Production management are clearly in over their head and incredibly stressed. They then shout and swear at staff which is unprofessional.
