      Pros

      The people! The individual teams are wonderful and almost make up for the toxicness of the Level 1's. Almost. The building is beatiful, with an amazing view and many wonderful things about it. You get to work from home on Fridays.

      Cons

      C-suites egos control everything and nothing gets done efficently, timely or fairly. They are still pushing to have everyone in the office all week. As of now, 4 days a week are in the office.

      The mill has been incurring losses year after year due to the current leader’s inability to maintain profitability. Experienced senior leaders have been neglected and deliberately sidelined
