      I've had a great experience working here so far. The company encourages learning and gives you the opportunity to take on new challenges, which has really helped me grow professionally. The team is friendly, collaborative, and always willing to help.

      Ethical Work. Full Pay even during Covid times. All Employee benefits as per Government norms. Adherence to All Government Laws, Rules, Policies, & Guidelines.

      Cons

      Knowledge capital is Low and thus Salary in comparison with market is average. Too much of people centric governance, and thus employee accountability is Low and NOT on par with Industrial standards. No Niche Product or Service. Career Stagnation.
