bad and depressing working environment, pathetic HR management and policies, no motivation for employees, no appreciation of work, only make fake promises, can change rules anytime they like, dirty and smelling toilets.

To an incredible degree poor organization. The CEo/owner feels and assumes he is your owner you as well - genuinely keeps shout at laborers (staff). Power lives with one 'top pick' individuals. These individuals have no sentiment directing teams - and almost feel like they have never studied in school. Absolutely frustrating. Despite when the government sent money for Swacch Bharat for full India, the company still does not have a genuine toilet. You (male or female) are pushed to go out behind trees in case you have to use the washroom (which doesn't exist). I strongly say to not work in this company.
