Pros

As staff you can buy their products at a discount. Worked with some lovely people who I miss. Free hot drinks.

Cons

Computer system is shocking. Dates back to the eighties and emails crash on a regular basis. No proper HR structure in place. Other departments not interested in providing help when you need information

Some good brands make selling easier Most people are lovely to work with Good sales team Good warehouse and dispatch team Nice showroom Have a car park, showers and a staff chill zone

Cons

Lack of direction from ‘The Top’ Good people are micromanaged by incompetent managers No structure in place No strategy in place Sales incentives not in place Product development is slowed down by slow Senior Management Poor staff retention, especially in Marketing A culture of fear of making a mistake. Nothing changes as a result

- The environment at Rayware is more toxic than the reactors at Chernobyl - If you thrive in negativity, Rayware is for you - Certain managers (not all!) carry out their duties as if they are fascist dictators - Pay reviews? Lol
