We appreciate the perspective on our high quality benefits and good learning environment, we agree. And while this may not be your experience, our staff does not agree with your assessment of a toxic environment and in fact, our staff members are proud of the culture at Raze and our team works hard to include everyone. Of course, each person has their own opinion, and we respect that Raze my not have been the best place for you based upon your overall feedback. That being said, our average tenure is much longer than one year, and that only goes to show that our staff love the environment. And to that point, if any manager ever belittled you, that is not acceptable, and if reported it would be addressed. Any reports of treatment of this kind are treated seriously and not tolerated at Raze. Raze is a welcoming workplace, with caring and high character people and we are sorry you did not find a fit here. We truly hope you find a work place home that you enjoy and best of luck.
