      Great colleagues but unstable management and layoffs

      great colleagues (since we can only rely on each other, but not the C-level management), work from home

      Cons

      Highly unstable, poor C-level management, practices change frequently that cause the declining business, laid off colleagues that are ACTUALLY working, but keep the ones that do not know anything and not at all helpful
