      Innovative projects but overwhelming workload and chaos

      Pros

      Few good perks, good AI push, good for agentic development, etc. Agile environment, has been good projects, cutting edge technologies, push for innovation is good.

      Cons

      Overloaded with overwhelming number of tasks to be working on, multiple discussions and threads going in parallel. A lot of chaos created by AI slop, and due to AI, unrealistic expectations on deliverables. Vice President does not hesitate to ask employees to stretch the work even to weekends.
