Company full of useless managers and HR director

Pros

After handling the stress and politics here at Razorsight everything looks so good and appealing outside of RazorSight. You realize life is so good after escaping from this hell.

Cons

I think they should name the company Blindsight. They seriously are blind to still continue with those useless managers and HR director who are the real reason for people quitting this organization. I thought the management back in US are smart enough to identify this but either they are really dumb or they have realized that no one can save this company from doom.

Pros

Flexibility in terms of Work hours and work from home options. But those are also limited to senior employees and people with laptop

Cons

1) Dirty politics - it makes it very difficult for people to work as a team. Worst part is HR heads and encourages this. 2) No product knowledge among managers at Bangalore - very unusual and not practical for a small product development company. No value add by Managers/Senior Managers at Bangalore branch. 3) Not a very healthy atmosphere to work in or to be able to learn or grow in - The main mantra of Razorsight Bangalore is "If you are useless, do not try to improve, try to pull the people who perform well down by badmouthing and spreading rumors". 4) No clear vision/strategy - keeps changing every few months 5) No investment on employees or R&D, which would help the company grow in the long run 6) There is no importance given to improving QA processes to improve overall product quality.
