Pros
I honestly cannot think of any. They are basically a boiler room in a tiny we work office that isn’t conducive to any type of working other than the typical toxic sales environment.
Cons
Toxic work culture. Toxic masculinity. If you care about your mental health don’t work here. They sell you on all these amazing things that they aspire to be but that’s just it they aren’t hitting the mark. There is minimal diversity here and it doesn’t seem like they care to change that. There is minimal training and minimal room to grow even though they will tell you otherwise during the interview process. This place is the equivalent to working at a used car lot.
