Franchise Owner is a scum bag, Wouldn’t pay for an employees tow truck when their car got stuck. Cheap cheap - they make you drive own car with 0 appreciation for it. - will hold your commission and give you a 0$ pay check - owner has no appreciation staff

Meeting wonderful families, putting together shower ideas together, being of service and making a difference.

Cons

Inflated charge backs. No pay transparency. Wash out sheets never matched what you would be paid. Chargeback deductions never matched what I would be paid in my paycheck. I asked questions, I got fired as a top producer. They would rather lose a money maker than have to explain where your wages went.
