      The employees walk the talk. The values are present in everything that is navigated and achieved. Employees are allowed to be innovative, solve together, generate audacious science with the patient at the core of the work.

      Cons

      If you dont enjoy taking on cross-functional work and navigating new responsibilities then the accountability can be scary to someone who doesnt like to take risks with high rewards.

      Exciting company with a foundation of great science and a focus on patients is at the heart of everything we do. Employees are encouraged to be their authentic selves and share ideas freely and respectfully. Amazing teams that collaborate well cross-functionally. Leadership all the way up to the C level is highly engaged, supportive, and extremely experienced. Best move I've made in a long time!
