Pros
No accountability, so you can do whatever you want as long as you're white, especially a white man (I am one).
Cons
Almost completely run at the network level by white people, serving 90% black students, what could go wrong? End up berating kids for lack of compliance with behavioral expectations, rather than acknowledging trauma and teaching kids how to work through challenges. Teachers overworked, so they cut corners and focus on the kids who make it easy for them.
