      Pros

      This is a company for high performing individuals who are excited about developing within their roles, growing the company and create true business value. The pros I see are; - Driven & highly motivated team - Skilled & helpful colleagues & management - Opportunities to work both strategically and operationally - Possibilities to grow within the company

      Cons

      - being in a small team has some downsides, every individual counts! - high profitability focus (not a con, but might limit growth)

      Great small company facing scaling challenges

      Pros

      1. A great group of people. Smart, funny and engaged. 2. You can say what you think 3. Flat hierarchy 4. You have the opportunity to make a big impact, if you choose to 5. You get to participate in all part of the process, if you choose to 6. Agile

      Cons

      1. The company has been at a bit of a loss when it comes to how to scale up in a sustainable way 2. The company has as of late started to show signs of being run as a "feature factory" (google it) 3. Efforts to come up with and plan social events are "outsourced" to volunteering employees. This means that it often never happens.

      Terrible company and prospects

      Pros

      There were some decent and competent people working there, but they all left quickly

      Cons

      Terrible management with bullying, aggressive and threatening behaviour. Lots of trash talking of colleagues and overall a very toxic environment. Processes and overall competence within the company were way below average. This is not the place to work if you expect to make a dent, management won’t listen to you and they care nothing for your personal development.
