      Well-organized with good learning, but benefits lacking

      Pros

      Well organized. Has all the back up and data available at all times. Has great tracking mechanism. Promotion happens every quarter . Good learning opportunity. management is quite welcoming and cool. generally people are helpful so far.

      Cons

      metrics are too comples then the company standards it takes atleast 6 months to understand the metrics and dynamics of the company. No work from Home. No parental insurance dispite being a insurance servicer biggest irony. No PPF employer contribution more then 1800. No education claims benefits. Employee benefits are not really good.
