      Pros

      Some good people that want to work, including a few salary ppl, but see the Cons get in the way of improvements and good place to work.

      Cons

      Too much BS from upper and middle management, say one thing do another, especially the HR dept. and Operations peoples, along with the Safety ppl. They smile to your face, act like they care, but then get laughed at or worse blamed, instead of actually helping. Training is a joke, new ppl be just tossed with who may be that wants a extra dollar an hour. Too many that think they know what they are doing, but really don't.

      Having employment is always a plus! 401k plan isn't too bad Safety on the job is if high importance (mostly) Company provides annual allowance for safety shoes Company provides luncheons to promote safety

      Cons

      2-Tier pay structure that exhibits a $7/hour decrease for NEW HIRES! New hires do not receive same amount of vacation time or PAID holidays! Union is weak - has no backbone or support. Union officials manipulate things to THIER personal advantage - not the union body. Working environment is very unhealthy. Many cases of cancer and strange rare illnesses exist. The fumes are slowly killing everyone! HIGHLY undesirable working schedule for anyone who wants to have a life outside of work.

      Pros

      They will let you keep your job even if you point out, they will just make a few points disappear.

      Cons

      It's hot and smells badly of chemicals. If you go upstairs by the ovens the fumes will have you in tears and it burns bad. There are only people that like telling others what to do and no leadership. The "new" lines that are being built lack consistency and true planning. Maintenance techs should never work here as you will have to continuously take assessments and the Ramsey test to get rasies. Your degrees and experience mean nothing to Rea. Everything is old and needs updated but the is no plan of doing so, so no future for the company. They are just living on a prayer that the old equipment keeps going another day.
