Pros

The RBTs and BCBAs are very dedicated

Cons

-Limited supports available for crisis management -Resignation date was not honored -Limited opportunities for growth -Major announcements (changes in leadership, moving from an academic year to full calendar year, opening up new centers) were all done through email leaving BCBAs feeling unheard and unimportant. -In my time there (a year and a half), I never received a performance review. -Heavy staff turnover -There were numerous instances where leadership would listen in on private staff conversation on the cameras in the therapy rooms and then reprimand staff for those conversations. There was no where in the building I could speak to staff privately if they came to me with concerns about leadership.

Pros

The kids, they are always the best part of it and the reason I stayed for as long as I did.

Cons

-the management-horrible, absolutely horrible. They will say something to your face and then go back on their word and do something completely different -they will lie and do whatever they need to in order to get their money -CEO and HR are married to each other so you really don't have a safe person to speak to regarding issues -not enough support and I don't believe they are their for the kids, just the money

Pros

Working with kids Other RBTs

Cons

You will be under appreciated LOW pay, and chances are someone hired after you will be hired in at higher rate. No breaks, no paid holidays, very little PTO, no sick days. If you call off because you’re sick it’s considered “unexcused”. You have to beg for bathroom breaks. High turn over with ALL staff. Major staffing issues. Zero incentive for people to stay. NO opportunities for growth
